Be in receipt of a War Pension or AFCS award for your hearing loss Have received a lump sum payment for your hearing loss Have been provided hearing aids by the MOD Have applied for compensation previously for hearing loss but were refused Be able to submit service medical records which show hearing loss OR have a letter from an ENT consultant at The Institute of Naval Medicine
